How does the identification system work at the entrance to the village?
Upon arrival, each guest will receive a personal identification bracelet and a car card, both non-transferable. The bracelet must be worn for the duration of the stay to access and stay in the village.
What should I do if I lose my ID bracelet or if it gets damaged?
A2: In the event of loss, damage or malfunctioning of the wristband, report it immediately to the management in order to block the remaining credit and receive a new wristband, to which any remaining credit will be transferred.
Is it possible to host unregistered visitors in the village?
Entry to the village is restricted to registered guests only. Bringing in unregistered persons without authorisation will result in sanctions, including a fine and possible prosecution for trespassing.
How does the My Smart Cash payment system work?
The My Smart Cash system allows electronic payments for all services in the village. Recharge your wristband at the reception or designated cash desks and use it to make cashless purchases within the village.
Where can I park my vehicle?
Parking is only permitted in the areas indicated by the management. Each accommodation unit is entitled to one parking space included in the contract. Additional vehicles may be authorised at an additional cost.
What are the hours of silence in the village?
Quiet times are from 14:30 to 16:30 for afternoon rest and from midnight to 7:00 for night rest. During these periods, respect for silence is required.
Can I bring my pet?
Small/medium-sized pets are allowed, subject to authorisation by Reception. They must be kept within their own living unit and may not be brought into the communal areas.
What happens if I don't respect the rules?
Violation of the rules may lead to sanctions, including being asked to leave the village. It is important to read carefully and comply with all regulations to ensure a pleasant stay for all.
How can I get a refund of the remaining credit on my My Smart Cash wristband?
You can request a refund of the remaining credit on your wristband at the end of your holiday at reception.
